I’ve been at my current store as the Store Manager for just over 2 years , and the last year has been super challenging as has most places during the COVID restrictions. My team remained positive and engaged during their time on Furlough leave , and came back working so hard to prepare the store and keep it a Safe place for customers and staff each day. They have also had to face the news of the Gap store closures , yet they come into work , with a smile and the amazing work ethic to keep providing our customers excellent customer service and support each other through the hard times , I’ve never been more proud of my team and the company. I would mean the world to me if they got the recognition they deserve
