We put the customer at the heart of everything we do. We have not been trading for long since October last year but have built up a great relationship with our customers. We listen to their comments, we action their requests where possible and we greet them all with a smile and a warm welcome to the store. we have regular range reviews in conjunction with what customers are saying. The store is constantly evolving and changing.
If they need assistance we gladly help whether that be helping them to find something or taking their shopping to their car we will gladly do that. We have also delivered customers shopping where feasible. We like to think we have made their day a little easier. We are aware that for some elderly customers we will be the only people that they have contact with – so we go that extra mile if they just want a chat and giggle.
Our Deli counter is on hand to help with any requests i.e. a special pizza, a special sandwich, wrap or bap if we can help then we will!
Our team has been brilliant through lockdowns with cleaning, disinfecting and adhering to policies within the store and they have done it all with a happy disposition and a smile (although no one see’s that with the masks)
We do regular updates on Facebook and have run a fun day in conjunction with the Children’s Air Ambulance. Christmas we had find the elf for the kids within the store which proved to be a big hit with children and parents alike. Easter we ran a coloring competition for the kids which again was very popular. Events like these will continue within the store throughout the year.
