As seen in…
I am proud of my store because:
On the 20th of March 2020, our store in Porth, which is a small town in the Rhondda Valley in South Wales, like many other retailers, closed its doors as a result of the Covid pandemic. We didn’t know if we would ever open again ,due to us being at serious risk of closure for not being profitable enough.
We were lucky enough to reopen, but, footfall and sales were challenging as customers continued to choose to shop online. We had to do something to change our fate or we feared we would end up closed and losing the jobs we loved!
It was clear to us that our customers had become truly omni-channel, no longer wanting to just shop in store.
We put our heads together as a team as to what we could do to influence much needed footfall into our store, and in July 2020, we set up our own store specific Facebook page to extend our reach to the local community, to be able to show them what fantastic products we stocked in store.
We started posting pictures of outfit ideas, with staff modelling new lines that we had in on our latest delivery. This saw customers taking an interest, and they started coming into store or telephoning to enquire about the outfit that they had seen.
On occasions, we would post an item that we only had 1 of, and offered to order into store for the customers from our website. By doing this, we made sure that the sales were attributed to OUR store.
We have grown our combined social media following to almost 2000, and we now get customers waiting to see our posts daily. Some now even send us pictures of themselves in the outfits that they have purchased. It is so satisfying to see a happy customer that we’ve helped to look good and feel great!
Being a 802 square foot store ,we can’t stock as much product as we’d like, but by coupling our Order In Store service with our social media posts, we have created our own “VIRTUAL STOCKROOM” for our customers. All of my amazing team has really got behind this service, and they talk to EVERY customer about how we can order anything for free delivery. We treat our customers like friends, and they absolutely love this personal service that we offer them here in the Porth New Look store.
There aren’t many that leave without ordering an item or 2!
The drive ,passion and fight of my team to save the Porth New Look has blown everybody away and our results speak for themselves: –
We are constantly the number 1 store in the region and company for Omnichannel sales, with 7.9% of our sales coming from Order in Store vs the company average of 0.9%, and 17.7% of our sales coming from Click & Collect vs the company average of 6.9% . This is unprecedented for New Look.
This huge effort has resulted in a more profitable store, meaning that we’ve had our lease renewed securing 7 peoples jobs.
New look now remains at the heart of Porth high street serving our loyal customers and we’ve been able to stay working in the jobs we love, for the company we love , in the town we love!
This is why I am proud of my store and team, and I am grateful to them all for what they have helped me achieve.
I am proud of our store because, despite the very difficult times of the pandemic and the fuel crisis, our team always go above and beyond, despite some extremely stressful and unknown circumstances that we have been faced with, each and every team member always has a smile and a positive attitude. This is thanks to our team spirit we have built here as a store ‘family’ looking out for one another and supporting each other through the most difficult few years I have ever experienced in retail. The fuel crisis was beyond demanding on each and every one of us and even those of us who have worked in retail for years, were not prepared for how that situation would play out. These crisis situations that occur bring out the best and the worst in people as we have experienced with our customers and the general public. We have all faced unkindness from angry members of the public but not once was any one of us alone in dealing with this. Our amazing team supported each other in a dignified and calm manner at all times and got us all through it by sticking together. We have been shown immense kindness and gratitude by our local community, cards and messages of thanks and kind gestures. We are very much a small community store and very much look out for out our local community in every way. Helping whenever we can in what ever way we can. We raise money regularly for local charities and we put on events for the community even through covid we managed an Easter egg trail in a covid safe way in the local area. We have a strong relationship with our regulars and locals and we have a close knit team of staff who consider ourselves a family. I am so proud of everyone and how we have pulled together over the last few years. The darkest times have really shone a light on our strengths and just how incredible everyone is here at this store. Our BP Tudor family.
I am proud of my store and my amazing team for the hard work and dedication to all the community and charity work that we do instore ..my team is flexible and hard working and really get behind any community event’s..they are always coming up with amazing ideas to bring the community together as one big family
Our team are hardworking, dedicated and treat every customer with excellent service. We are doing our bit for the community by supporting East Dunbartonshire Association for mental health through raising funds by selling carrier bags throughout the year and customers using their tofs card. We also now have a book donation section for our community where customers can pay for books and donate funds to support our charity also. Recent experience from one of our colleagues Angela that i witnessed, an elderly lady wanted to purchase one of our folding moreno chairs but was unable to carry it due to the weight of the item and because she had a walking aid to support her journey. Without any hesitation, the colleague in store offered to take it to her house after work as it was on her way home anyway and the customer was absolutely delighted. All about saving the sale and also supporting our customers – going above and beyond! The team have had a few setbacks throughout the year with people leaving however every colleague is still passionate about their job and gives 100%.
We have an amazing team of volunteers who work together with us to create a great shopping experience for our customers, mental health is so important and our shop helps towards supporting people with mental health problems.
In hindsight and in general from as long as I can remember customer is what has always been our passion.
It’s seen as a habit of pride, experience, fun, vibe, reliability , confidence.
We ensure to make sure that the above is what is demonstrated. I believe customers have great faith in this store.
Being a big name on the high street we recognise that we should not only deliver great fashion but a experience from the team in general. That’s what sets us apart from anyone.
We have built great relationships with customers. We know their wants and needs and that’s not just fashion wise.
We are on first name basis with quite alot of them.
What’s important to me and our team is that when they walk in they are at ease, excited and comfortable.
I always say you feel the energy before you enter it.
By delivering the above we have customers that come in store to be styled by the team.
A customer called Anne who comes in each season for her seasonal wardrobe which is styled by a member of the team she trusts.
We know her , style, body type etc and cater to it.
Since we launched Critizr in store Sept this store alone has generated 984 responses from the customers. Which only landed in Sept 2021. This store is small at only 1800 square foot. However the experience is big.
The numbers speak for themselves.
There is a lot of mantra/ sayings we use in store about customer and fashion
The first is….
Fashion knows no day….
The customer chooses the person before the product…. How very right this is.
There is a lot of feedback from customers that they would love our store to be recognised.
I hope so to!
To sum it up if we didn’t love what we do we or wouldn’t be a success.
It’s not only our store it’s the customers store.
Hope we here something back .
Serena . Store Manager.
I am super proud of my store and more importantly my team because of the complete transformation we have had over one of the most challenging times for retail as an industry. I am so grateful for all the hard work everybody has put in to make sure we are constantly pushing to smash targets and staying on top, no matter what’s thrown at us. Through lockdown after lockdown, everyone has stayed proud of our store and it shows from selling the most markdown stock on the first day of reopening to our new footwear department. We are on an upwards positive spiral and I couldn’t be more proud of not only the work that is going on within store but also how we are getting involved with the company, pride campaigns and community projects.
Why are we so proud of our store?
We grab every opportunity to have fun, the whole team gets involved in everything we do. Everything we achieve is done as a team. Some see a challenging weekend we see a weekend filled with laughter, incentives and above all else amazing customer service. A happy team is a hard-working team and at Pets at home Rochdale we take every day on with as much enthusiasm as the last. We are a family and means no one gets left behind. We can honestly say we are 100% proud of our team, store and the community that shops with us.
Every single day our team live and breathe our company values. Over the past two years I’ve seen our team go from strength to strength being key workers and being open through out the pandemic it was very challenging and at times scary for the team but here we are stronger at the end of the tunnel.
The team are so so passionate about delivering the best customer experience and helping Pets at home to be the best pet care centre in the world.
We have all your pets needs under one roof with us the shopfloor, our amazing vets and our experienced groom room, with all this you don’t need to go anywhere else! We really are here for our communities pet needs.
We have solid relationships with our regular customers who choose to come back to us for our customer service.
Nothing is too much trouble when it comes to our customers.
We run free kids workshops at the weekends to educate them about pet care and they can have a cheeky cuddle with a rabbit or guinea pig. Sometimes our mascot Robbie the dog makes an appearance and the kids love him!
Within the workshop they make treats, toys and hides for our animals and get to put the in the pens! Then they leave with a box full of information, colouring sheets and stickers!
These workshops really do help our communities children become responsible pet owners when they grow up.
We help our charity partner Pennine Pen animal rescue with fundraising weekends, donations and supporting them with information on our community board in store. The work they do is amazing and we are so proud to support them.
We have our regular pets that come in to including our Diego ‘D’ who has been coming into the store for years. Unfortunately he has been recently diagnosed with cancer and is predicted at only having a month left so he has a bucket list in place and he gets extra treats and cuddles when he visits. He still has the energy to steal the odd treat from our pick and mix biscuit bar though!
As a team we aren’t afraid to get stuck in and make a fool of ourselves when it comes to incentives and charity. Being that karaoke offs, dress up days or making a music video we always aim to be the best and beat the area!
And that is why we believe Pets at home Rochdale should be Proud of our Store 2022!
I am proud of our store and my amazing team for many reasons.
We are the smallest store in our company but we have the biggest heart. When I joined the store two years ago I wanted to take the store and team on a journey, that journey was to become part of our local community, for customers, local causes and highlighting what the town has to offer to create a strong retail environment for all. To do this the team needed to embraced the vision I have for the store. This meant changing the way we interacted with our customers and the way we were perceived in the local retail community. Haslemere has a proud heritage of independent traders so we were different from the norm by being part of a bigger company. We have change the opinion of other retailers within the community and they can see our vision and our now wanting to work with us to make haslemere a healthy retail hub.
With the right training and given the chance to build individual confidence the team has gone from one of delivering standard service to now have our customers pop in to tell us what a happy environment it is to shop in and that interacting with all the staff is like meeting up with a friend. From this we have built a great rapport with fellow retailers in the town as if we can’t fulfil a customers request we will recommend a local business in the town who can. From this we have launched our business to business incentive where each month we do mutual partnerships to help drive businesses in the community, from something as simple as a store leaflet exchange we can encourage new customers into both businesses.
We then chose to take it a step further and introduced our sell it Sundays, where we invite a local maker, artisan or small craft business into the store to showcase their business, our customers get the opportunity to then shop local even more, with a small business which has its roots firmly rooted in the local area.
We launched our charity partnership, where we support local charities, this year it’s the community kit bag which allows access to sport no matter what your economical background but also promotes mental health through sport. One of our proudest moments with the store has to have been the success of the food bank drive, following us trialling this at the store the company felt that this was something they could embrace in every store, so because of the work we do now, every store in the business has a donation station for charities in their specific communities. The team are so proud to be the driving force for this having become a company wide project.
Without my amazing team none of this would be possible every single one of them has embraced my vision and changes with such passion that it’s very humbling. They step up and hold the shop together when I go out to other stores to share our vision of community retailing and how it can not only build community but build our businesses.
We are one of the major go to stores in our community now, from donating to local day centres, supplying mens mental health meetings with their tea coffee and biscuits. To the little old lady who pops in just for a chat once a week, that feels part of the community again since emerging from lockdown. Every day with every member of the team we strive to make a difference, in our own individual way. For that I couldn’t be more proud. Pride in what you do isn’t just about it being a word it’s a feeling created in our team that echoes through to the customers. We are proud and love showing the improvements we have made in the store over the past few years. It’s made us stronger and is continuing to future-proof our business each and every day.
I am so proud of to be the manager of the hardest working most caring team. They go over and beyond what is expected of them whilst always caring about their customers and their fellow colleagues. They are the first ones to notice a team member is struggling and try to help, or come up with ideas or inspiration to help and inspire our customers.
I am proud of my store and my amazing team because we put our heart and soul into making every customers experience happy and memorable. Being a manager I love going to work in the mornings to not only have a great day with the team but to make every single one of my customers have the best possible experience they can have on the high street. Having launched Critizr at newlook in October. We have recieved some fantastic scores. Not only with responses but have seen some lovely heart warming messages from customers that make my team proud but also me as a manager. 💕💕
Newlook is all about our customers! Finding what they need for specific events and occasions. Personalising the shopping experience around their individual preferences. Offering daily discounts to help save our customer some money and asking for thoughts on how well we did as a store and if a member of staff stood out as part of their shopping experience.
Our teams are dedicated to reach high levels of customer satisfaction and using Critizr helps us see how well our store and staff do daily! 🌟🥳
We are proud in all that we do and how well we succeed in helping customers help themselves ☺️🥇🥂
We have worked together throughout a testing few years through covid and short staffing.
my work family have had many personal challenges including illness, bereavement and changes in staff and remained positive and supportive of each other.
They have gone above and beyond for the community, arranging flu jabs and extra care for the most vulnerable, remaining in contact when we haven’t even be open, working overtime, raising money for Douglas MacMillan and delivering not only prescriptions but also shopping for the most vulnerable.
They never turn anyone away and will go to the end of the earth for their community.
I am proud of my store because every day we strive to make it a lovely place to shop for our customers helping them to find what they need.
We all love to help and I am proud of my whole team who make the shop what it is!
Everyone comes to work with a smile on their face and everyone looks out for and supports each other which in turn, makes our customers experience fantastic!
We won the “Audience with Alf” prize from the company by truly embedding and living the YATD techniques for service and have consistently got great feedback and responses week on week since we launched Critizr in store too.
I am so proud of our store we are such a fantastic team and all help each other we all pull together and work hard to make sure our store is fab we love all our customers and always there to help anytime proud to be part of the team and especially the store x
I am proud of our store because as a team we make it a fun friendly place to work.
We also always go the extra mile for our customers and give them an excellent customer experience which really shows in our customer feedback survey.
This is the latest store from M&S and is our latest concept store, we are very proud of the whole team that came together to delivery all of the new concepts in store.
Customers are loving Percy pig on the roof, the colour change lighting and a completely new environment for clothing and home, while we continue to innovate in the food hall with many new concepts
I am super proud of my store and my team because, although we are a small and intimate team located in a small shopping centre. Our customer satisfaction rating and customer comments speak for themselves. My team work tirelessly to ensure that all customers who visit our store have the best experience. They always deliver the best service and it pays off with the comments we get week in week out. We make it easy, we smile and we care! And that’s what it’s all about!
I am a new store manager and ever since stepping up my team have done nothing but support me and I am so unbelievable proud of what they achieve on a day to day basis. They’re all incredible so proud of our little family!
I am so proud of my team at Boots Plas Coch wrexham , every single day they deliver their best care for each other and their customers we are currently on 92% customer satisfaction year to date .
We deliver amazing results and are currently up 9% on three years ago , our store is welcoming friendly and our customers give us amazing feedback every day .
We won best of the best in the whole region with the beauty department and we deliver pharmacy services with amazing care including travel vaccinations , chickenpox HPV and many more . My team care about what they do they deliver their very best every single day and I am so lucky to lead this very special team
I am proud of my store because in january our store manager was abruptly moved to another store and we where left with no manager and only 1 fully trainied supervisor (not manager trained). This massive change was hard for all the staff with feelings of loss abandentment and worries for the future. Despite not having a manager and struggling with the change the staff pull together to support each other with work and personal problems and suppourting our store in continuing to provid great customer services. its only may and we are now waiting for our 5th manager to start. And again even tho this is hard for all staff they still come to work smileing ready to be the best they can be so our store can be the best it can be who needs a manager when u have 25 fantastic members of staff proud is a understatment
Our store is a happy and friendly store. We also try our best to help a local charity by doing different fun raising money, events like bingo nights etc.
The team we have built over the years in Gillingham high street are a true reflection of what retail is about. We are a varied bunch of ages with experience that helps our customers have the best experience they possibly can. Our shoppers are locals that have been coming to us for years and years and we love our community. We are proud of what we do for our charity partners and hand on heart commit to exceeding those contributions week on week.
The main reason I am proud of my store is the postivity and pride within the store that positively impacts the customer journey. There is a high level of team spirit where everyone contributes towards helping one another both in and outside of store hours. Alongside that, we focus on being part of memorable moments for all of our clients. We always work together to ensure that everyone who comes into our store has a memorable experience with us. We create moments to remember for a lifetime to look back on. When we were in lockdown, it stopped many moments and celebrations for many people. However we still ensured that we carried this through video calls and giving people the same level and customer experience as if they were there with us in store to celebrate their special moments with us. This resulted in us being able to lift peoples spirits and provide them with a sense of hope and positivity for upcoming occasions and events during a very dark time for the country. We feel very privileged to have been able to maintain the high level of customer service, and build relationships with clients who we had never previosuly met face to face. Some of which who traveled down after the lockdown from other cities across the country to come and see us and thank us for providing them with hope for better times to come. Our customers are for life.
I am proud of my store to of managed to come back onto the highstreet after our unexpected closure in 2019. Just 3 years later and we are back with majority of the original colleagues back! All of my colleagues work so hard daily to make the store look tidy, full and clean. Im so happy to have them back here with me
I am proud of my store and amazing team because they have always been passionate to contribute to our chosen company charities. We are currently supporting the environment by raising much needed funds for the kent wildlife trust, who are doing amazing things for the wildlife and environment in our county. We have raised the most amount of donations in our area because the team are so passionate about doing our bit in the current environmental crisis that we find ourselves in.
In addition to our store charity work, we are also passionate about supporting the community by giving our young talent a chance in obtaining their much needed first chance and the opportunity to develop their skills. Coming out of the recent pandemic, there have many unreported issues relating to our young adults and we feel its important to do what we can to support them in taking there first steps into work and bridging that social gap that unfortunately many young adults have missed out on over the last two years.
As well as us supporting the team, the team support each other which makes a big difference to peoples lives inside and outside of their working day.
We have also recently opened up a position for an apprentice which is something that we have never been able to secure instore. We understand that young peoples lives and grades have been affected with an overwhelming amount of mental health support being needed and offering an apprentice position is another way to help our young people. We understand that not everyone fits in the same box.
Thank you for listening
Team New Look Bluewater
I am proud of my store because they live and breathe service and have gained over 3500 responses since we launched the program
My team have made this such a inspirational journey
And I am so proud of that
I am proud of my store and amazing team because we are ensentially a family!
We all band together and give 110% in everything that we do!
We are currently supporting Derbyshire Community Hub charity with our food bank drop off point and pick up bags. We also have regular raffles were staff try to out do each other selling the most tickets.
We also take the time to help other local charities or people in need throughout the year.
Recently the store raised £200 on a single raffle to help gain extra swimming lessons for a local school in memory of Logan Foldger who sadly passed away.
We as a store have rallied the independent businesses of Staveley to be apart of Fiver fest which is happening from the 2nd July to the 16th.
“If every adult in Staveley spent £5 in independent stores it would equate to 3.6m into the local economy”
The assistant manger in her spare is also organising a market during this period to help drive footfall back into the town once more to benefit all the town.
We not only strive to be the best team for our store and company but also for our community aswell!
I am proud of my store every day!
Our team live and breathe the business values. Work extremely hard to find solutions to everything that stands in their way of being the best and delivering the best experience to our customers. Retail is such a challenging place to work right now and having a team that adapts well to change whilst maintaining that passion to build a future for Retail is rare. They have great team spirit and pick each other up and support each other when they may not be 100% and because of this everyone enjoys coming to work. We have had some great succession in the last 11 month and this has been through supporting the team to be the best and everyone taking part in that. I would love them to be recognised for all their hard work and dedication.
I am proud of my store because although we a a small team we are a great team. We all work hard and are dedicated to your store, our customers The Original Factory Shop family. We recently reopened in the local Co-op after closing a store in Ripley and it has been so heartwarming hearing lots of customers saying how glad there are that we are back, how much they missed us and how much they love our store. We treat all customers with respect and go above and beyond to make sure they have a great experience in our store and they keep coming back. Our customers love our banter and we’re always up for a chat and a giggle. We are also very focused on being an integral part of our local community and often donate to local schools, charities, teams and events. We have set up a charity book sale with all proceeds going to our chosen charity, Ripley Hospital League of Friends which has been so well received and we also encourage local craft businesses to thrive be inviting them in store to show case their beautiful handmade items. This has been a delight to be involved in and has made our roles within the team and community even more rewarding.
I love the small team we have here. We all work really well together and give our customers the best experience we can. They are so important to our business and we treat them like family. I’m proud that we are such an important part of the community.
I am proud of my store as they been so supportive as they have come out of a stuck in their ways to changing the way things are done meaning a more positive feeling at work! Even the customers that stopped coming in to store due to a negative feeling have started coming back! My crew are so interactive with the crew and they all love a chat with the customers! Sometimes that’s all the customers come in for and that ok! We welcome them! Since the store switch up, we have made it a unique place by creating activities to what is currently going on in the bussiness but also finding ways to show case our store and the amazing product it sells!!
I’m so proud to work for Flying Tiger, we well some really gorgeous products and our stock is always changing so it’s exciting opening up new deliveries.
We have a brilliant team who all work so hard and create a fabulous customer journey whilst in store.
I am proud of our commitment to conduct our business ethically and responsibly runs through the full value chain, from sourcing, to shipping, to stores, to the end life of our products. We want our customers to know that when they buy a product from Flying Tiger Copenhagen, it has been produced in alignment with ethical, environmental, and social standards and is safe to use. This is crucial for the success of our company and for our consumers.
I am so proud of us Burscough Bandicoots within Pets at Home! We all have our ups and downs but no matter what you know someone will always be there, day or night. For each other as well as our pets in store. A true team and a privilege to be apart of. Pets will always come first and we strive to help, improve and work with our customers to make a better life for their furry babies! I love our team members, the old and the new
I’m so proud of the family business and the team we have. We are a young business started just before Covid hit, we have worked hard and had a tough time. Our customers are our main focus and ensuring we do everything possible to make what can be a stressful time moving stress free. As the owner I’m so proud of what I have accomplished and got the business to the point it is now. My team work so hard and they are the best.
Newlook are proud to give a personalised shopping experience from the sales floor to fitting rooms to the till and when leaving the store!
We put our customers first in all that we do. Customer satisfaction towards their experience with us is what we strive to ace as a team!
We are proud to hit our daily targets and something we smash every week is customer feedback as we have an amazing team who go above and beyond in helping the customer find their perfect fit weather it’s Instore or online.
Critizr is a great platform that takes a couple of minutes to fill out a feedback survey and they could win something great by doing it. It is a win win sensation for store and customer 🌟🥇
Customers enjoy giving their thoughts about our staff and who helped them the most, who stood out, who went above and beyond! That’s what we strive for 👏🥂
I am proud of my store team because we are a true family together. With ages ranging from 65 to 16 across 22 individual team members, you’d think we would struggle to be able to find common ground together, however this melting pot of characters manages to banter our way through a working day, whilst also being incredibly supportive of each other.
One example of this is one of our team members lost her dad within a year, after a totally out of blue diagnosis. My guys all decided to come together and do a collection for her which included, flowers, a Man City tshirt with her Dad’s name on and a memory bear, all because she was one of ours and she needed us.
Another fab example is the year I turned 40, the entire team collaborated to surprise me with a Ladyship….something I didn’t even know was possible!! Total shock, but amazing thought gone into such a gift.
As a store team, we also collect weekly through our tills for the local charity Stockport Mind, and with this being such a good cause, and local to the team, we have increased our charity contributions by more than 60% each week. There is nobody in the team who hasn’t been touched in some way by mental health issues, and we have also arranged extra charity events throughout the year, including a Team Time Tea Time which is along the lines of a coffee morning, where we will all come together voluntarily to have a catch up, reach out to someone we might not have spoken to in a while and, of course, enjoy homemade snacks!!
The Denton team have seen many people come through our doors, and always enjoy providing a fantastic customer experience where we can, even to the animals!! Case in point, last week we had a lost dog come through our doors, and true to our family vibe in our team, two of us stayed extra to wait with our little four legged visitor so she wasn’t alone until she was collected.
These are just some examples of how we think and treat each other here, as we always say…you can end up spending more time with the people at work than your family, especially people who work full time….so why not make it a family at work! I truly love my team, and I am, exceptionally proud of each and every one of them.
I am so proud of our store because we have partnered up with Sense to both raise money for them as our Charity Partner and also because we are collection drop off point. This means all of our lovely customers can drop off donations here in Great Harwood and the lovely guys from Sense come once a week to collect all of the donations and take them to their Accrington store.
As part of our recent fund raising during the Jubilee weekend we held a bake sale and Tombola in store and our lovely supervisor Gill and her daughter Annabelle dressed up in inflatable dinosaur costumes and joined the local Charter Fair Parade through then town dressed in the costumes giving out free union jack flags to local children.
I am so proud of us Burscough Bandicoots within Pets at Home! We all have our ups and downs but no matter what you know someone will always be there for you day or night. For each other as well as our pets in store. A true team and a privilege to be apart of. Pets will always come first and we strive to help, improve and work with our customers to make a better life for their furry babies. I love our team, the old and the new!
I’m so proud of my team that go over and above for all the people who come to see us. We have a great team spirit and work ethic and the volunteers are brilliant. We help people on a daily basis but more importantly we have helped so many people during the covid crisis and without the members of the team both in the shop and out picking up and delivering the goods, there would most definitely be a lot more of the general public needing a lot more help to get themselves back on their feet again in this difficult times. Some of our customers just come in for a matter and a chat more than anything and feel it’s their safe place to come and say hi!
The team are very customer focused willing to help in any way they can carrying shopping to taxi ranks or going to get trollies from outside for elderly people, and vulnerable. Managers welcome and encourage this behavior but the staff do it out of the kindness of their heart. Most customers are elderly so we are always on hand.
High pressure busy store with a lot of work but customers are priority over deadlines and targets.
I am proud of my store and my fantastic team because we opened last November in a brand new store and the only food store in our community in the midst of a pandemic. Every single member excluding myself was completely new to the company at the time and every one of them have went out there way to deliver excellent service and and a life line for many customers in our area. Over and above this we have received multiple customer compliments and achieved fantastic results for the company.
No matter what we are all faced with, we pull together and make it work. Couldn’t be more proud to be part of the team I’m in.
I am proud as we all class one another as a close family n pride ourselves in the best customer service we can. We even have a lot of customers travelling further to come to our store rather than their closest store because they love the service they receive from us.
I am proud of my store because we go the extra mile for every customer every day. A customer buys into us before they buy into the product therefore we ensure we offer a 5 star service to everyone and be relatable to all of our customers no matter what age or who they are. I’d love to share all our feedbacks with you!
I am proud of our store and my amazing team because everyone always works so hard and to their full potential no matter what. They are dedicated to giving the best to our customers and their pets and also look after the animals within the store as if they were their own . All of the pets at home team are caring, empathetic , understanding, trustworthy and help each other. I think personally that my team are absolutely outstanding as not only do they have to be good at retail they have to be able to give the correct information to customers about their pets and also care for pets within the store.
It s all about the customer and fresh products and we try to make it happen day by day with our wonderfull team! verry proud off them!

I am proud of my team here in Stratford Upon Avon because everyone has their own personality that reflects in the great service they deliver to our Customer. Each and everyone of them go the extra mile to offer that VIP service from the time our customers walk through the door to the fitting room, where they offer that little sprinkle of magic to make everyone of them feel special for the occasion they have mentioned to the team member. A big Shout out to Charlotte Manly who drives our Charity always does it with passion from the heart. The Supervisors who drive their amazing team.
We also engage on how important our community is and making them feel special to want to return again and again. Our team member Charlotte Lythgo stand out from the crowd of always delivering the customer expectation over and above and that reflects on the store reviews.
What I love the most is our store energy and passion we are one!
I am new store manager and my goal is for us to be a happy team and work well together. My team has welcomed me and we as a team want to do our best for our store and the community.

Shelter Scotland Corstorphine is a lovely place to come, all the volunteers here work very hard and are more like friends that work colleagues. We have lots of lovely regular ustomers and it’s lovely to now see faces returning after the pandemic is easing. It was a worrying time for many and some us being open is a place for the elderly people to come and have some sort of community and communication.
I’m proud of my store because of the people that work here. They are so kind and friendly to our customers. Always a smile and a laugh…it makes my day to see them working.
Also june 21 we had a remodeling of the shop. We are very satisfied with the result.
We all love working together and have a great bond as a team. Our client base is what makes us proud as we have a lot of clients who have been with us for many years. Without them we would have no business. We love our salon and are proud to work here.
I am really proud of my team and store the way they handled the pandemic and the bounceback following re opening. We love to give our customers the best service and always try to make them leave with the sweets they were looking for.
I’m super proud of my business and what I have achieved. I have built up a great team who are all so passionate and caring. Every day is different and that’s what we love. I’m proud of how much the business has grown and the extra mile I go for my lovely customers.
Because we are helping people feel confident about their bodies. We work very closely as a team and support each other in every way. We are loving caring and that translates to our customers
We care ! We greet every customer as a friend we haven’t seen in a while and try our best to walk an extra mile for them.
And we care ! We care about each other. We are just a family to each other.
Coming off the back of the pandemic, opening a new restaurant was considered by some to be quite risky due to the state of the hospitality industry. I am very proud of how my team have adapted to all the different sets of rules and restrictions that were in place at various points, and have consistently delivered excellent service, excellent food and a friendly face for everyone in Solihull. Our first year has flown by and we have established ourselves as one of the best restaurants in the town, and for that I am thankful to all my team who have helped us get there.
I have been a logistical part of this team now for a few months and have been welcomed into this amazing team that deliver great results and in turn, put many smiles on peoples faces. Our teams go out daily into the public sector and have to manage the everyday struggles of still dealing with being safe and diligent through the times of covid and still providing that gold standard level of service. Our team put themselves at risk everyday to get the job done and I am proud of what they do especially when going into schools etc just to see the joy on the children a faces when they can use their playground games that we have inprinted onto the grounds in the playgrounds. My team have work continuously over the past couple of years to make sure we can carry every job out without it being cancelled and for that they deserve the recognition from both in house and beyond so thank you everyone.
I am proud of my team for getting where they have got today. There hard work and determination to become a great store is next to non. We are one big family and I am proud to be part and manage this team and organisation.
I am proud of my staff members as I have been on paternity leave for the last 3 and half months and they have stuck by each other and helped one another get through it.
We have delivered consistently for our customers in Solihull and that shows in the feedback we have received.
All in all I am proud to be the Store Leader for this amazing team.
2 years ago I joined Screwfix in Salisbury Southampton Road as Branch Manager and the store was in a very bad place. When taking the store on Covid hit and raised another challenge. Through hard work and team work we managed to stabilise the team to work together and deliver 100% customer service and make the customer the priority. Last year we had out engagement survey and we achieved 100% score! Last year we also achieved over 90% net promoter score, which is world class! I will be leaving soon to move into another role in a new business and this would be a perfect way to say goodbye to my team.
Very proud of the whole team here at the Nando’s in Stoke Intu, who opened and closed the restaurant twice throughout the course of the pandemic. Everyone dealt with a lot of new challenges along the way, such as taking on delivery, new technology to manage the new customer journey, and working extremely hard under low staffing, whilst being busier than ever.
I am super proud of my store because on one hand its about the team, their happiness, successes personal or professional but its also about the customer, in our case its kids! Spending their pocket money or parents getting a suprise or presents, we are on hand to help, whether it be secretly scanning it so the kids dont see or helping the kids decide, we are keeping the magic alive.
We are proud of our store here at the Gyle, we are a strong team and have faced some challenges during the covid times. The team is strong and work well together.
I am proud of my store because every member of our team provides friendly, helpful and inspiring customer service daily with smiles on their faces. They create a warm environment for their customers, who leave glowing reviews. My colleagues are always cheerful and go the extra mile to help other stores in times of need, as well as assisting customers. They encourage others and work extremely hard to provide the best service and make the shop look amazing. We have a little family here at Sturton and I am proud to work with every single one of them!
We go that extra bit on service and make sure our customers leave wanting to return> We are dedicated to our pets needs and show that in the knowledge and experience we show. We run Autism friendly work shops for children and have worked with local schools to promote animal care and provide a suitable experience for children who have difficulty in learning. We are a family team and support one of our managers who has a terminal illness. We are there for each other and always support each other. We are a team through our successes and also when things have not gone so well. We make it fun and participate in charity drives and dress up and have also done marathons not only for our company charity but to benefit others.
We work in small teams and get along well. I’m proud of being part of a great business. We are loved by our customers who return to us most days. It’s lovely to get to know to their orders and give good customer service.
There has been so much change in retail over the last two years but the one constant has been the terrific team spirit and customer service shown by my team here at Ellis Brigham, Tamworth. We have been faced with so many challenges, yet together my team has strived to meet the needs of our customers and provide them with whatever they need to enjoy the great outdoors and its benefits to people’s physical and mental health and well being. There has never been a more important time to get outside and enjoy the space and freedom it gives us all. My team have continued to share their passion for outdoor sports with our customers, listened to their needs, shared their adventures and inspired so many to try new activities. Through their dedication to delivering excellent customer service and a fantastic customer journey, they have provided people with great advice on the best equipment available to enjoy their chosen activities. From walking the dog along the canal side in Staffordshire to kitting out families for their first ski trip to the French Alps, my team have been on hand to listen, help and advise. We have such a friendly team of like-minded people here at Ellis Brigham. They work hard, support me as their manager and each other as a team and share one common goal which is to help our customers get outside, with the right equipment to enjoy all that it has to offer. Awesome staff and great customers and proud to be a part of Ellis Brigham, Tamworth!
I am proud of my team because of the consistent good mystery shop results we continue to get.
We went from 46% to 94.6% it took a lot of coaching and developing my team to get to that stage.
Finally the hardwork has paid off!!
I am super proud of my store and team as we have gone through some big changes over this past year, including a full new management team. There has been lots of colleague changes too, so loads of training to do and the team have been brilliant at adapting to our ever changing roles in retail throughout the past couple of years especially.
We are a larger store with a large Groom Room and Vet Hospital that’s open 24/7. The growth of our vets has been huge with it being a hospital, and a lot more pet owners, but we work great together and with the new management team built up a great and really exciting relationship to take both our store, groom room business and the vets business to new heights.
But the most amazing thing, we are now doing pet events back in store, which is so amazing to see and feels like some type of normality is returning! This is what we and my team love doing the most, creating an amazing experience for our customers, and this is what I am most proud of with my team!
Go Birstall Bees!!!!
My store is fantastic! We have a very varied clientele that makes no day the same.
Our team is superb and are like a little family which makes coming to work all the more great
We are a really hard working team, we all get along well and help each other when needed. We have our own strengths and weaknesses and really pull together when needed. Super proud to be part of the team.
During lockdown, we were very lucky to remain a busy store. Whilst we were indeed fortunate as many other shops and business struggled, it did catch us slightly off guard. This resulted in staff having to work extra hours to cover the increase in demand. Customers started to prefer home appointments when the rules allowed and video appointments instead of visiting the gallery and this only proved to stretch us further. However we always enjoy visiting clients homes and curating their spaces and we were happy this became an integral part of the business. I am proud of the way our staff adapted to a new way of working and gave everything to make sure the business was open all hours to give clients a little joy in the form of art during a dark time.
Week in and week out my team deliver the most fantastic customer service and give our customers a wonderful experience in store .We are constantly smashing our targets weekly and the feedback we get is just so lovely it really drives the team to deliver more ! I am so very very proud that since Citzir launched they have taken it and ran … and what a fantastic feeling knowing how valued our customers feel !
